All the prices in our shop incluye 21% IVA. At the end of the operation the total cost will appear, including tax and delivery costs. We reserve the right to modify the prices displayed in our e shop.
If you chose the option Regular Post, the order will be sent by post. (Correos España) to the address indicated by the buyer; delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 business days.
If you choose Express Delivery the order will be sent by courier to the address indicated by the buyer; delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days.

The price of delivery for orders of less than 30€ (80£, 130$) within Spanish territory is 4 € (7£, 10$) . (Flat fee)
Delivery on orders whose value is more than 30€ (80£, 130$) is free.
The price of delivery for orders of less than 100€ (130£, 200$) within Europe territory is 12€ (14£, 20$). (Flat fee)
Delivery on orders whose value is more than 100€ (130£, 215$) is free.
The price of delivery for orders of less than 250€ (250£, 390$) worldwide is 20€ (24£, 35$).. (Flat fee)

3. METHODS OF PAYMENT
a) Bank Transfer
The order can be paid for by bank transfer directly into our bank account :

If this system of payment is used the order will not be considered final until we receive proof of the transfer. In order to be able to process the order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you send a copy of the bank receipt to email@example.com
b) Payment Cash On Delivery (COD)
Both orders sent by post and orders sent by courier can be paid for by the client upon receipt.
C) Payment by Credit Card via Moneybookers.
Using this system of secure payment via Moneybookers, you can pay by VISA, MASTER CARD, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB y JCB.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, you will have a period of 14 days counted from the day the order was received, for returns.
Before returning any material it is essential that you contact us first, either at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on (+34) 958782166 stating the reason for the return. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all its tickets and instructions for use.
If you just need to change the size, the return cost to the shop must be paid by the client, once received the return the new product will be sent free of delivery charges the first time only. If during transport the products become damaged due to inappropriate packaging, the order will not be refunded.
If we have to make a refund we will request a bank account number into which we will return only the price of the returned goods.
The return of goods must be paid for by the customer. We cannot accept return packages sent COD.
5. SALES AGREEMENT
As we are continually building and updating this site, we cannot guarantee availability of all products. If a product in the order should be out of stock we will immediately contact the client.
All products, services and prices shown in the shop are not legally binding. Once you enter your personal information and you click the 'Buy Now' on the confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive confirmation of the order when the process is finished. Sales agreements will be effective when delivery confirmation has been sent. ( Este parafo no me gusta, Guillermo)
6. PARTIAL DELIVERIES
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries when we consider that it improves the service to the customer.
